Looks like an error from the dep.exe application

Hi Chad, If I double click on the .bat file outside of notes then the .bat file works. Also if I copy the command line into run it works. I tried to run the code using an agent but I got the same error. I thought if I use shell in notes it ran it the same as a windows function?
